    Good product, bad packaging design. I bought this, loved it, and as I'm popping the cap off one day, the entire pump flies off and the product ends up all over the ground! Complete waste. Tried emailing, TWICE, no response. Very disappointed. Originally posted on www.theinkeylist.com
