Lovely looking product, easy to build, but sadly really impractical. The angle of the upward arm means it’s miles off the wall. So, as for safety reasons a hall stand would always need securing to a wall, this makes the product very disappointing as the brackets supplied are about an inch too short. I had to send it back as it was not going to be safe to use.
Sets of entrance hall beautifully. Classic piece of architecture.
