I purchased as an alternative to Dr Martens to wear for work and found them a perfect fit for my size 9 feet. Comfy from the first wearing there was no painful break in period.These are my second pair after the first pair lasted nearly two years on 12 hours a day 250 days a year abuse, very impressive. In comparison my Dr Martens shoes would usually last about 9 months until the soles wore through.If you like me prefer a custom insole the ones supplied are glued in but are easily torn out leaving behind very little.To sum up, would buy again, have brought again, two pairs before they delist!
