    It dose NOT work with the plug in cable when battery runs out. When battery runs out it doesn't work with the plug in cable, exchanged 3 new ones, all of them working for once or twice then wont work anymore. I have only bought it end of Feb 2023 now is end of Sept 2023. I have photos and videos to proof but they are too big to upload here. Originally posted on www.dyson.co.uk

    Nothing special. Just an ok straightener, nothing special really. The service was awful though: they forgot to include a brush and a comb which were a part of the set, haven"t apologised for that when I wrote, though it was all payed for, and I had to write to the support for more than a week to receive all of the items included in the price. Don"t really understand now why spend so much money on quite an average straightener with ridiculously arrogant service. Originally posted on www.dyson.co.uk

    Hoping for an improved generation. I've had my dyson straighteners about 2 years. I bought them after purchasing the airwrap, which is possibly the most fabulous tool ever! The straighteners are not for me, having long hair means you cannot use them cordless to straighten your whole head as the battery runs out out of charge. I like the magnetic idea, but truth be told its always falling off when you attach to your straighteners, so basically, you need to place them back on charge and wait. They are very heavy which make them uncomfortable to use. I hope they take the feedback and release an upgraded version as I love to use dyson products but this is a big miss for me.
