The item came well packaged and delivery guys were polite and helpful.Personally I didn't like the colour.From the pictures they were completely different colour. Quite grey and very cheap looking. The furniture might of looked better built but the colour would not of matched my other furniture.Juzsports were very helpful about returning it. Be aware not to build which I did not. I just opened one box and looked at the colour and decided not to keep.Juzsports did not charge me for return which I was very pleased. But the furniture did not match the pictures.
