I bought these for my grandchildren and mum has reported that they do the job of keeping clothes dry and clean, which is what they are designed for. You can layer clothes underneath for extra warmth. She more than happy with them.

It is only fleece lined at the hood the rest is not lined and very thin I would not recommend this item
