Lovely little crossbody bag with trendy sport stripe. Good functional every day size with a nice long strap and exterior pocket for Oyster card. So disappointed however with the kink in the strap which bows/curls if the retainer isn't pinning it down. I initially thought this would go and was probably due to packaging in warehouse or otherwise. I'm more gutted about the flimsy structural side support below the zip. The structure isn't strong enough to hold the zip straight which not only looks messy but needs 2 hands to do up, sometimes a third (husbands) as it puckers without this manipulation. Disappointed JuzsportsShops as I had my eye on another colour but fingers burnt on this one.
