Undeniably one of the most timeless sneakers from Germany's Three Stripes label, the Humanrace adidas Originals Stan Smith are the quintessential tennis trainer. Originally designed and named after French tennis player Robert Haillet in 1965, the silhouette was later re-branded and popularised by the American Stan Smith.
Traditionally crafted from a white leather upper and super soft sock liner, Humanrace adidas' branding details appear throughout, notably speaking of the Trefoil imprint on the tongue, insoles and heel tabs alike. However, contrary to most Humanrace adidas shoes, the model does not feature external Three Stripes branding on the sidewalls but rather 3-stripe perforations instead for a contemporary look.
Through collaborations with Raf Simons and BAPE, the Stan Smith has byxor it's popularity amongst a wide audience, whilst the iconic 'Triple White' colourway has cemented itself as one of the most popular daily sneakers on the market.
